In 2011, I decided to take charge of my body and mind and lost 70lbs of fat and transformed my body into the lean, strong, muscular body I’ve always wanted. I am a firm believer that changing one’s body can change one’s mind.

My hard body training focuses on heavy strength training, and a diet based on lean proteins and lots of veggies. It’s been shown time and time again this approach works to build lean strong muscular bodies. If you’re looking for starvation diets, thigh gap, vegan cleanses and hours of cardio based workouts you’re in the wrong place!
