In 2011, I decided to take charge of my body and mind and lost 70lbs of fat and transformed my body into the lean, strong, muscular body I’ve always wanted. I am a firm believer that changing one’s body can change one’s mind.
My hard body training focuses on heavy strength training, and a diet based on lean proteins and lots of veggies. It’s been shown time and time again this approach works to build lean strong muscular bodies.
